How to Make:-

For cutlet

First heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. Cook onions on medium flame for a minute. Add potatoes, french beans, carrots and cabbage and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame till the vegetables are cooked. Keep stirring. Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute for a minute on medium flame. Add plain flour, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Turn off flame. Add coriander and mix well. Mash it using a potato masher to a coarse mixture. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a kadhai. Keep aside to cool slightly. Divide it into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a circle. Dip each cutlet in the maida mixture and roll in the bread crumbs till it is evenly coated from all the sides. When oil gets hot, deep-fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

For chilli mayo spread
Take a deep bowl and take mayonnaise, chilli sauce, dried oregano and garlic. Mix all ingredients well. Divide the spread into 2 equal portions and keep aside.

For salad
Take a broad pan and heat the butter. Add all coloured capsicum and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add potatoes and fry on medium flame for 60 more seconds. Remove from flame and keep aside to cool. Mix 1 portion of the chilli mayo spread with it. Divide this salad into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

How to proceed
Now cut each burger bun horizontally into two. Spread half tsp of butter on the insides of each half of the burger bun and toast them lightly on a tava. Keep aside. Now, on each buttered side of the bun half apply 1/2 tbsp of the chilli mayo spread. Place the lower half of a bun on a clean, dry surface with the buttered–spread side facing up. Now put 1 lettuce leaf, a cutlet and a cheese slice over it. Spread 1 portion of the salad on it. Cover with an upper half of the bun with the buttered–spread side facing down and press it lightly. Repeat this process for remaining burgers. Serve immediately with french fries if you want.
