Quick delicious tea time paneer snacks
Paneer Bread Rolls:-
Ingredients
1 cup crumbled paneer, 1 small onion (chopped fine), 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves (chopped fine),1 tsp tomato sauce, 4 slices of fresh white bread, butter to toast,salt to taste
How to make
Take crumbled paneer in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, chopped coriander, chopped onion, and cumin to paneer. Gently mix all the ingredients. Now add the tomato sauce and ginger garlic paste. Blend it with finger tips. Put this aside for some time. Remove the corners from white bread. Take bread slices and roll them with rolling pin as thin as you can. Fresh bread is easy to roll out. Take 1 tsp of filling of paneer. Put them on bread. Now, make roll of bread slice. Roll it gently making sure that the filling stays well within the first turn of the roll. Cook roll in a pan with little oil until it gets light brown. Serve it with tomato sauce.
