Ingredients:-

1 cup sev, 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, 3/4 cup onion (finely chopped), 12 ladi pav or hamburger buns

Dabeli Masala powder
1 tsp whole cloves, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 4 dry red chilies, 1 bay leave, 2 cardamom seeds, 1/4 tsp ground mace, 1/2 tsp ginger, a pinch of turmeric powder

Peanut Masala
3/4 cups raw peanuts, 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala

Potato filling
4 potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed), 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste

Tamarind date chutney
1/2 cup dates or khajur, 1/3 cup tamarind or imli (seedless), 3 cups water, 1/3cup jaggery (powdered or grated), salt to taste, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

Coriander Garlic chutney
1 cup coriander leaves, 8 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece ginger, 2-3 green chilies, 4 dried red chilies, salt to taste
