Kadhai Doodh:-

Ingredients
1litre milk, few strands of Saffron, 1 tsp green cardamom powder, 1/2 cup dry fruits (pistachio, almonds, cashew and dates), 2 tbsp sugar

How to make
First boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan. When milk starts boiling then reduce the flame. Let it boil for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Now thin layer of malai will appear on the top. Just push this aside. In this way keep on moving the malai layer to the side of pan. Chop almonds, cashews and dates keep them aside. Now add saffron, cardamom powder and all the chopped dry fruit to milk. Continue boiling milk and keep stirring as milk becomes thick. Add sugar, mix it in milk and remove from flame. Serve hot or chilled topped with malai and pistachio.
