Cheese Garlic Bread:-

Ingredients

1 baguette (1 foot long), 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 and 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella + cheddar, 3 tbsp of chilli flakes, 8 cloves of garlic (minced)

How to make
First preheat the oven to 300 degree F or 180 degree C. Then slice the baguette into 3/4inch thick pieces. In a bowl, mix minced garlic and butter along with salt. Mix them well. Apply a good layer of butter garlic mix on one side of the bread pieces evenly. Add grated cheese on top of slices and garnish with chilli flakes. Now put these slices in oven for baking for about 5-6 minutes until the edges of the bread slices turn crisp and the cheese melts. Take them out of oven. Hot, spicy, cheesy garlic breads are ready to eat.
