Indian Style Masala Pasta Recipe
Mash the tomatoes well and add it to the pan. Sprinkle salt to taste.
Let the tomatoes turn soft and blend well with veggies.
Add kasuri methi, red chili powder and masala powder to it.
Stir well and fry for about a minute. Remove from the gas.
Add cooked pasta and the left over oil with salt as needed. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
