With coffee filter:-

Ingredients (2 cups)
3 tsp coffee powder, 3/4 cup water, fresh milk, 3 tsp sugar (1 and 1/2 tsp), coffee filter

How to make

Take the coffee filter and put 3 tsp of coffee in the upper chamber. Now cover the coffee powder with perforated distributor to control flow of water. Now take a vessel and boil water in it.  Pour this boil water in upper chamber and cover it with lid. Let the decoction settle in lower chamber. It will take 10-15 minutes for entire filtrate to assemble in lower chamber. Now boil milk. Take a cup and pour one quarter of decoction, milk and sugar in it.  You can make it strong by adding more decoction and mild by adding lesser decoction. Serve in davara tumbler. Enjoy filter coffee made with coffee filter.
