Mooli Parantha:-

Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour, 2 tbsp melted ghee, salt

For Stuffing

2 cups grated Raddish,  1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1tbsp finely chopped onions,  1 and 1/2 cup coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp chopped finely coriander leaves, salt, wheat flour for rolling, ghee for cooking

How to make

Take wheat flour, ghee and salt in a bowl. Mix them well. Add water to knead soft dough. Take a pan and heat ghee. Now add ajwain.  When ajwain crackle, add chopped onions and fry them for half minute. Squeeze out water from grated raddish. Now add raddish and salt and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1minute. Now divide stuffing into 5 equal portions.

Now make 5 equal portions from dough. Roll a portion of the dough into a circle. Place this stuffing in the centre of circle. Now bring all the sides together in the centre and seal it. Meanwhile, put tava (griddle) on flame. Now again roll the ball again into a circle with the help of little flour. Now cook paratha using ghee until golden brown. Make remaining mooli parathas in the same way. Enjoy hot and yummy mooli parathas with fresh curd, pickle or chutney.
