On the camera front, the phone includes three sensors on the back and single on the front inside the tiny notch. On the back panel, the smartphone includes a primary 13-megapixel camera, secondary 8-megapixel camera and the third one includes a 2-megapixel sensor. The triple camera setup is paired with a flash. The rear camera setup is outlined by golden accents and that adds up pretty well to the overall design of the phone.

The Vivo Y12 comes with several scene modes including - PPT, Professional, PDAF, Palm Capture, Voice Control, Time-Lapse, Slow, Live Photos, HDR, Portrait Mode, Panorama, Portrait Bokeh (single front camera), Watermark, AI Face Beauty, Camera Filter, Super Wide-Angle Camera. On the front, the phone includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The phone comes with support for Dual SIM.
