Varun Dhawan`s aunt dies of Covid-19
Varun Dhawan on Saturday informed his followers about the demise of his aunt in an Instagram post. The actor shared a photo of himself with his late aunt along with Gayatri Mantra. Sharing the photo, Varun Dhawan wrote, "Love you, maasi. RIP (sic)." In the picture, Varun can be seen hugging his aunt while posing for the photo. His aunt was based in Chicago. Recently, during an Instagram live session with Zoa Morani, who tested positive for coronavirus a few weeks ago, the actor revealed that one of his relatives had also tested positive for the virus.
Many of Varun Dhawan's industry friends and celebrities condoled his loss on Instagram. Sonam Kapoor expressed her grief and wrote, "Omg. I'm so so sorry vd(sic)." Sophie Choudry wrote, "So sorry for your loss, Varun Dhawan. Love and prayers to the family. May her soul rest in peace (sic)."
