Mint Coriander Raita:-
Ingredients
1 cup curd/yogurt, 1 and 1/2 cup mint
leaves, 2 cup coriander leaves, 2 green chillies (chopped), 1 medium onion (finely
chopped), 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp
chaat masala powder, black salt or rock salt as required
How to make
Grind mint, coriander and green chillies
with some water to make a paste. Whisk yogurt till it gets smooth. Add chopped
onion, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder and salt. Stir
and it chilled.
