Ingredients
Paneer- 250 gms (crumbled), Bread slices-2, Ginger-garlic paste- 1tsp, Onion- 1 (chopped) Green chillies- 2 (chopped), Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp,  Chaat masala- 1tsp,  Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp,  Mint leaves- 2tbsp (chopped),  Breadcrumbs- 1 cup (for coating),  All purpose flour- 2tbsp,  Salt- as per taste,  Oil- 3tbsp, Water- 1 cup.

How to make
Dip the bread slices in water for about a minute and then squeeze out the excess water from them.

Mix together paneer, wet bread slices, ginger-garlic paste, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, chaat masala, pepper powder, salt, mint leaves together in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into cutlet sized balls. Flatten the mixture with your palms in the shape of a cutlet.

Mix all purpose flour with about four tablespoon of water. Dip the cutlets in this batter.

Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the cutlets on it till all the sides are coated completely.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on a medium flame on each side. Once done, switch off the flame and serve.

Serve the delicious and crispy paneer cutlets with mint chutney or ketchup and enjoy them hot with tea or coffee.

35 mins.

It can be served to 4 peoples.
