Recipes for lip smacking eggless cakes
Eggless Date cake:-
Ingredients
1/2 cup dates, 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup refined oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp almonds, butter (for greasing)
How to make
Take dates, sugar and milk and in a food processor. Blend it well to make a smooth paste.
Now pour this blended mix in a bowl. Add refined oil, all purpose flour, baking powder and mix well with a spatula. Now sprinkle almonds in this cake batter. Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the batter. Bake it at 150 degree in oven for 30-40 minutes.
