Microwave Paneer Tikka:-

Ingredients
1 kg paneer (cut in cubes), 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp powdered black pepper, 1 tbsp salt, few drops of red color , 3 tbsp vinegar or 1 cup yogurt, oil (for brushing ), 1 lemon (quartered),  tomato, onion and capsicum (cubed pieces) , 1 onion (sliced into rings for garnish)

 
How to make
 
Mix garlic paste, ginger paste, chaat masala, chilli powder, powdered black pepper, salt, few drops of red colour in yoghurt and leave for 20-30 minutes. Take a saucer like plate and grease it. Arrange paneer pieces with tomato, onion and capsicum in tikka sticks and cook, uncovered on HI for 4 minutes. Turn over the paneer pieces. Brush with little oil. Now cook again on HI for 4 minutes and serve it onion slices and lemon.
