The 34 years old actress kate Hudson told that she is a homebody and love to stay at home more, She is a mother of two small children. She thinks that to balance her life is a challenge.

She explained that, 'Women are known to be the nurturer of connection and home and keeping it together, so it's challenging to balance everything. For me personally, I try my best to stay tuned to what I am capable of. I can feel when I'm over-stretching. At those times, it's really important for me to take a step back and be objective about my capabilities. When my kids show signs of discontent or anxiety, that is when I reassess and rebalance - I can tell if I'm balancing well if my kids are happy.'

Kate and Matthew Bellamy, of British rock band Muse, have been engaged since 2011. They have one child, a two-year-old son named Bingham, and Kate is also mother to son Ryder, ten, from a previous relationship.
