For Jaipur Literature Festival 2019, there are few prominent names scheduled to appear in festival are as below:
Its co-director and noted historian William Dalrymple said the organisers will be fielding the strongest lineup of literary heavyweights in the upcoming edition as the first 30 speakers were announced.
The speakers include Colson Whitehead, author of nine books of fiction and non-fiction, including the Pulitzer Prize winning 'The Underground Railroad'; Markus Zusak, the international bestselling author of 'The Book Thief', which spent more than a decade on the New York Times bestseller list and has been translated into more than 40 languages; Andrew Sean Greer, bestselling author of six works of fiction, including the 2018 Pulitzer Prize winning novel 'Less'; acclaimed British novelist and journalist Hari Kunzru; and Juergen Boos, President and CEO of the Frankfurt Book Fair since 2005.
