It is very obvious that you are joining your life with garments, but that doesn't mean that only designing will show you your path. You have to develop your personal skills also. You need excellent communication skills, a willingness to work very hard, a tough hide when criticized, an ability to cope with stress, openness to having many different clients and bosses, an acceptance that there will be loneliness or isolation on occasion and an ability to be a self-disciplined self-starter.
