Deepika Padukone starring in the sequel of her Hollywood debut, xXx - Return of Xander Cage, yet there was no official announcement on the same. The actress was always keen on signing the sequel with Vin Diesel and the previous tweets by director DJ Caruso even hinted that she will definitely come on board. However the actress was waiting for an actual contract which never came till date and simultaneously the rumours of her starring in the sequel faded away. But after Vin Diesel's production company acquired the rights of xXx film franchise, the chances and speculations of Deepika's return reached a new high. And if the recent twitter conversation between Caruso and a fan is to be believed, she might even sign the dotted lines soon.
