Instant Onion Rava Dosa:- Onion rava dosa loved by South Indian all the times. It's called instant as it is easy to make. Ingredients 1 cup unroasted rava/sooji/semolina,1 cup rice flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1 green chili (finely chopped), 1/2 inch ginger (grated), 1 medium onion (finely chopped), few coriander leaves (chopped), salt to taste, oil for fry, 5 to 6 curry leaves (chopped), water or buttermilk (as required), 9 to 10 black pepper corns(crushed)  For tempering 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds,1 tsp cumin seeds How to make In a bowl, take the rava, rice flour, maida, green chilies, ginger, onion, coriander leaves, crushed black pepper and mix them well. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan to make temper of mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. Pour this temper in prepared mixture. Now, add water or butter buttermilk to make thin batter (3 and 1/2 cups). Now keep this batter aside for half an hour. On griddle/tawa, heat oil for 1 minute. Now spread the batter on tawa. Use oil to cook the dosa well till it gets crispy and little brown. Don't flip it. Just fold it and serve it with sambhar or coconut chutney.
