East is the most preferable direction for sleeping as well so the head should face east while sleeping. If you sleep well, you will be fresh for studies the next day. Never sleep keep head in north or west.
Make a sky blue colored circle above the study table, concentrate on this circle before studying; it will help make the mind calm and help you concentrate.
Avoid place mirrors in student's bedroom. Still thy wants to use mirror in their bedroom then never place it in south or west walls.
