Nearly a third (31 per cent) would think nothing of their date whipping out a voucher at the first meeting, while a further one in ten (nine per cent) say they'd actually find their love interest more attractive if they demonstrated money-saving smarts by producing a voucher.

That said, there's still discount dating etiquette to uphold. Nearly a fifth of women (19 per cent) would prefer a man to wait until the fifth date before resorting to money saving measures, while men believe it's OK after the fourth.
