Successful Hollywood Movies banned in India
Censorship in art, or in any other form of mass-media, has always been a problematic issue in India. There have been several great movies in cinematic history that actually never made it to the Indian screens by the grace our censor board. Well, this ban culture won`t come to you as a shock as it is nothing new. To justify, these movies were banned to not hurt sentiments of the society. The situation seems to have spiraled out of control with the Pahlaj Nihalani-led regime that has more often than not policed content, much to the frustration of both filmmakers and audiences.
