Kutu Namakpare
You can make Namakpare or shakarpare with singhare flour to eat in fasting days.

Ingredients

Singhare flour - 200 gms. (1 cup), Salt - 1/2 tea spoon, Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon, Coriander leaves - 1/2 table spoon (chopped), Oil - to fry

How to make
Sieve the flour and take it out in a bowl. Put salt, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and 2 spoon oil in to it and mix them well.  Knead the flour with water and leave it covered for 20 minutes. Fix the dough by mashing it with hands and make 4 big balls from it. Roll the ball into 6-7 inch thick disc and cut it into namakpare with knife.

Heat oil in a pan and put namakpare into it. Fry the namakpare on a medium flame till they turn brown. Take them out on a plate and fry all the namakpare in the same way. Your Singhare Namakpare is ready. Cool them and store in an air-tight container. Take it out whenever you want to eat. Namakpare can be stored for a longer period of time.
