One of the most important aspects that every person should focus on is reducing his level of daily stress. Managing your emotions is doable as long as your mindset is focused on alleviating the stress. Most effective way to reduce stress is by practicing fun stress-relieving activities. The body feels better after an exercise, the brain's neural connections experience this as well. Physical activities lead to the production of endorphin, a hormone responsible for reducing stress and promoting sleep. Constant aerobic exercise for five minutes is sufficient to reduce stress.
