SSR case: Rhea Chakraborty taken to Byculla jail, bail rejected
Quoting Showik Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput's employees Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant, the anti-drugs bureau told the court that "every delivery and payment was in conscious knowledge of Rhea Chakraborty".
Samuel Miranda and Sawant, who were arrested last week, "used to receive drugs for consumption of Sushant Singh Rajput", according to the document. "During interrogation, Samuel Miranda disclosed that he used to procure drugs on the direction of Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty," said the agency.
Rhea Chakraborty is also being investigated by the CBI and Enforcement Directorate over allegations by Sushant Singh Rajput's family that she exploited the actor for money, mentally harassed him and had a role in his death. She has been the target of social media campaigns since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, a popular film star.
