In the daily routine work, people find incapable of hardcore working due to some mismanaged routine and habits. By managing time properly, people will find it easy to compete with every kind of work that will come across. So here I am providing some simple tricks and tips that will surely work to overcome your problem: 

1: Create a Morning ritual:      It is really important to have a morning ritual for yourself. Practice walking up early in the morning and makes you prepare for the rest of the day. It is equally important to give sometime to your body through exercise or yoga. Give at least 10-20 minutes for meditation, the more you practice the better your life gets. 

2. Social Media Detox:       Social media becomes a part of life in a way that a person cannot keep himself away from it for a minute. Keep a track of time when you indulge in your phone, the best way is to keep a timer when you use your phone. spend only an hour without touching your phone or television, and notice how much you enjoy. 

3. Having Non-Negotiable:        Some habits that no one should negotiate on, some I am mentioning here: In Morning : 20 min. Walk, 10 min. Meditation, Cold Showers, 10 min. Writing. In Night: No Screen Time an hour before bed, No food two hours before bed.

4. If Something takes 5 minutes or less, Do It:       If you can do something that takes less than 5 minutes to complete than do it right away. Getting those simple tasks done right away will prevent a lot of clutter and stress later on. 


5. Get Enough Rest:        Without enough rest, you cannot enjoy working at all. To get all the things done as expected you must get enough rest for your body and mind. Not getting ample rest makes you cranky and reduces your ability to concentrate and work properly.
