Recipe of Corn Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
8-10 slices of brown bread or white bread, 1 large cup sweet corn kernels (boiled), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2Â cup processed cheese, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped), 1 tbsp oregano, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, salt, butter
How to make
Take boiled sweet corn kernels in a bowl. Add processed cheese, fresh basil leaves, oregano, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and salt with corns. Mix all the ingredients well. Now take a slice of bread. Apply little oil on it and spread this mixture on bread. Now take another bread slice and cover the sandwich. Grill this sandwich with the help of butter. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
