Health consciousness is a must in our daily life. As I am promoting healthy eating habits, I brought a Ginger green smoothie which is superbly healthy and great in taste. I suggest having this drink in the morning, as it will boost energy for your all-day chores. 
Healthy Smoothie RecipeIngredients:2 cups of fresh baby spinach1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen1 Tablespoon of fresh ginger roughly chopped2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond butter1/4 of a small avocado4-6 ounces of unsweetened almond milk1/2 cup of low fat vanilla greek yogurt 
Add spinach, banana, ginger, almond butter, almond milk, avocado, and yogurt in a blender. Blend till all the veggies are blended. The blending of smoothies will increase the bioavailability of their nutrients.  
You can add cucumbers or any citrus fruits and pair them with anything for breakfast. It is quick and easy to make a super healthy drink in the morning.
