Ingredients
1/4 cup cauliflower florets, 1/4 cup french beans (chopped), 1/4 cup carrot cubes, 1/4 cup fresh green peas, 1/2 cup capsicum cubes, 1/4 cup baby corn (sliced), 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera, 1/3 cup onion paste, 2 cloves/laung,  1 piece cinnamon/dalchini, 1 cardamom/elaichi, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, water, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt to taste

For garnish
1 tbsp coriander/dhania (finely chopped)

How to make
Take a pan and heat the oil and add cumin seeds. When seeds crackle, add onion paste, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas, capsicum and baby corn. Also add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well and cover it with a lid. Cook on medium flame for 6 minutes while stirring occasionally. Then add remaining 1/2 cup of milk, fresh cream, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 4 minutes while stirring occasionally. Tasty Hyderabadi Veg Korma is ready. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
