Enjoy Chocolate Day with yummy delicious Mocha Milkshake
Ingredients
85g plain chocolate (70 percent or 80 percent), 1 tbsp coffee granules, 700ml milk, 4 scoops vanilla ice cream, plus extra to serve (optional)
How to make
First, roughly chop 75g of the chocolate. Now put chopped coffee in a large jug with coffee powder. Now take 300ml of the milk in a pan and bring it to the boil. Pour this milk over the chocolate and coffee mix and stir till it melts. Once melted, allow it to cool. Now take cooled mocha milk into the blender with the ice cream and remaining milk. Blend them well and then pour into 4 glasses. Add an extra scoop of ice cream to each. Mocha milkshake is prepared. Serve it garnished with remaining chocolate on top.
