5 Do's and Don'ts during Navratri
Don'ts during Navratri:-
After bath always wear fresh cloth do not use the discarded cloth.
People observing fast should not have a shave or haircut. Devotees should not cut their nails too.
Avoid eating onions, garlic and non veg food during the 9 days.
One should not use leather made products like belt, sleepers, shoes.
If you are chanting Chalisa or Saptashati, never pause it to talk with someone. It will bring negative energy into your body.
Refrain from sexual relations during this period.
