Ingredients

1 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour/maida, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 overripe bananas (mashed), 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup castor sugar, 3/4 cup warm milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup walnuts and choco chips, 1 tsp chocolate/vanilla essence, pinch of salt, 1 tsp vinegar

How to make

First preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Now in a bowl, mix oil and sugar well. Add mashed bananas and again mix them. Now sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt for 3-4 times to create an airy texture and keep them aside. Now mix vanilla or chocolate essence and vinegar in banana mixture and mix well. Add walnuts and choco chips and mix well. Add sieved ingredients and warm milk in banana mixture in 3 batches. Fold in the ingredients gently. Take a cake tin and grease it. Pour the batter in a greased cake tin and pop it in the preheated oven to bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes. Once cooled, invert cake onto a plate. Cut Eggless Chocolate Banana into slices and enjoy.
