Milk Powder Cake...
Try out a milk powder cake and let the taste speak for how good of a baker you are.
Ingredients
11/2 cups maida, 1 cup milk powder, 3/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 11/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp baking soda, 2/3 cup milk.
How to make
Sieve the maida, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Add melted butter and sugar in a bowl and beat them together. Fold the flour mixture and milk alternatively. Line a cake pan and pour the mixture into it.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes and bake the cake for 25 minutes or till a needle inserted comes out clean.
Allow it to cool and then cut into pieces and serve.
