5 Steps To Make Chocolate Muffins
Want to make mouthwatering chocolate muffins? A rich, moist and chocolatey delight, these muffins are a sure crowd pleaser. Muffins are fairly simple to make.
Ingredients
For Makes 12 muffins.
1 1/2 -2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup butter melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F .Grease or line with paper cup-cake liners, a 12 cup muffin pan
Combine
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend.
Mix
Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon into the prepared pan.
Bake
Bake until puffed and a toothpick inserted in centre comes clean; this should take about 18 to 20 minutes.
Prepared
Invert and cool completely.
