The Guinness Book of World Records posted on its YouTube a list of 10 push-ups that can enhance your personal workout. Each of these variations of a push-up has been done effortlessly by record-holders and they can bring about a bit of challenge in your workouts.

1). Diamond Push-Ups -  Hong Zhongtao from China holds the record of 88 repetitions in 1 minute.

2). Archer Push Ups -  Germany's Niklas Mattern has done 55 repetitions in a minute.

3). One Arm One Leg Push Ups - In a minute, 36 repetitions holds the world record by Thounaojam Niranjoy Singh from India.

4). Four Finger Push-Ups - Another record holder from India named Deepak Sharma did 70 repetitions.

5). Two Finger Push-Ups- Armenia's Hrachik Kostandyan holds the record with 57 repetitions.

6). One Thumb Push-Ups - Aaron Virabyan from Armenia did 44 repetitions in this type and he currently holds the world record.

7). Behind the back claps Push-Ups - With 46 repetitions, Dione Solon holds the record.

8). Handstand Push-Ups - Siarhei Kudayeu from Belarus clocked 51 push-ups to get the world record.

9). Elevated Tiger Bend Push-Ups -   Manvel Mamovan from Russia currently holds the record with around 13 repetitions.

10). Tandem Push-Ups- Travis Brewer and Cesar Sosa from the USA have clocked 30 pushups.
